Healthy leadership begins with a healthy identity. The Rooted Leadership Course is a Christ-centered leadership formation experience designed for pastors, ministry leaders, and faith-driven professionals who desire to lead from a deeper understanding of their identity in Christ. Many leaders carry the weight of responsibility, expectations, and constant demands. Over time, this pressure can lead to discouragement, exhaustion, and leadership burnout. This course provides a biblically grounded framework to help leaders rediscover their calling, strengthen their spiritual foundation, and develop sustainable rhythms for long-term ministry. Through teaching, reflection exercises, and guided leadership practices, participants will learn how to lead with clarity, confidence, and spiritual resilience.
