WDYTYR Digital Consulting & Christian Coaching, LLC (“WDYTYR,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) values transparency and integrity in all services and offerings. Please review this Refund Policy carefully before purchasing any services, programs, or digital products.

1. Coaching & Consulting Services

All coaching and consulting services (including individual sessions, packages, and retainers) are non-refundable once purchased.
Because coaching and consulting involve:

reserved time

preparation

customized support
Refunds are not offered for completed sessions, missed appointments, or unused portions of a package.

Rescheduling

Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice

Missed sessions or late cancellations may be forfeited

Emergency situations may be considered at our discretion
2. Courses, Programs & Digital Products

All digital products—including but not limited to:

online courses
-
workshops
-
memberships
-
downloadable resources
-
workbooks, guides, or devotionals
are non-refundable once access has been granted or materials have been delivered.

Due to the nature of digital content, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or credits once materials are accessed.
3. Group Programs, Workshops & Events

For group coaching programs, workshops, or live events:

Refund eligibility (if any) will be clearly stated at the time of registration

Unless otherwise specified, all sales are final

Transfers to a future session may be offered at our discretion
4. Payment Plans

If you enroll in a payment plan:

You are responsible for all scheduled payments

Missed or declined payments may result in suspension of access

Payment plans do not alter the non-refundable nature of services
5. Exceptions
​
Refunds are not guaranteed and are granted only at the sole discretion of WDYTYR in rare and exceptional circumstances. Any exception does not establish a precedent for future refunds.

6. Chargebacks
​
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting WDYTYR to resolve a concern is a violation of this policy. We encourage open communication and will make reasonable efforts to address questions or issues.

7. Acceptance of Policy

By purchasing or participating in any service, program, or product offered by WDYTYR Digital Consulting & Christian Coaching, LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
