Welcome
I’m Elisa, founder of WDYTYR Leadership & Christian Coaching. This space was created to support pastors and ministry leaders who desire to lead from identity in Christ rather than pressure or expectation. Here you’ll find Christ-centered coaching, leadership formation resources, and thoughtful guidance designed to strengthen your calling and sustain your ministry.
About the Founder
Elisa is a woman deeply rooted in faith and family, bringing a unique blend of theological depth, professional expertise, and spiritual passion to her work. She is a beloved daughter of God, a devoted wife, a proud mother to her abundantly blessed children, and “Nani” to her talented and wonderful grandchildren. Born and raised in the vibrant Bronx, New York, she carries the strength of a “city girl” with the grounded heart of a “country girl.”

Her life took a transformative turn in 1992 when she surrendered to Jesus Christ. That pivotal moment marked her salvation and reconciliation with God, and ignited a lifelong commitment to faithful obedience, growth in Christ, and confident defense of the Christian faith.

Elisa holds a Master of Divinity from Regent University, equipping her with deep theological training and a strong foundation in Scripture, leadership, and Christian formation. She also earned a master’s degree in Higher Education Administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

In addition to her academic preparation, Elisa brings nearly three decades of experience in Clinical Research and pharmaceutical drug development. Her professional journey has cultivated a disciplined, analytical mindset that complements her pastoral and coaching work with clarity, structure, and strategic insight.

She is also the author of Who Do You Think You Are: Journey to Unlocking Your Divine Potential, published by Covenant Books. Through this work, Elisa invites readers into a transformative exploration of identity, healing, and purpose rooted firmly in Christ.
Elisa actively serves in her local church and community, mentoring and walking alongside others as they discern their calling and deepen their faith. She is passionate about leadership formation, identity restoration, and helping pastors and ministry leaders serve with clarity and resilience.
Her greatest desire is to know more of God — her Creator and Heavenly Father — and to walk daily in His presence. She is humbled by the intimacy of that relationship and guided by her lifelong motto:

“If God said it, Just Do It!”

For Elisa, this is more than a phrase — it is a posture of obedience, trust, and unwavering faith in the promises of God.

BLESSINGS,
Elisa
